Privacy Policy

1. Information we handle

• Account information: Your Google sign-in name, email address, user ID, and sign-in status.
• Content you provide: Business names for Space games and QR tools, company websites for QR tools, and logos uploaded to create Space or Checkers games.
• Credits and purchases: Credit balances, purchase amounts and transaction references, game creation and credit use records, and any email address an administrator enters to grant credits.
• Technical information: Our hosting, authentication, and payment providers may receive IP addresses, browser or device details, and request logs needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot their services.

Payment checkout is handled by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full payment card number in Titan App Maker. Games do not ask players to create an account or submit a score to us. Website and contact details entered into a shared QR tool are used in the browser to make a QR code; the tool does not save those generated QR details to your Titan App Maker account.

2. How we use information

We use information to sign you in, keep your credit balance, process purchases and grants, create and display games and logos, provide support, prevent misuse, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information or use your account information for targeted advertising.

3. Public games and sharing

A finished game or QR tool is intended to be shared by link or QR code. Its business name, company website, or uploaded logo can be seen by anyone who opens the link. Do not submit details you want to keep private. Other account details, such as your email address and credit balance, are not shown on the public tool page.

4. Service providers

We use Google and Firebase for sign-in, databases, logo storage, and app functions; Stripe for hosted checkout and payment processing; and GitHub Pages or Firebase Hosting to serve the site. The page also requests fonts from Google and a QR code library through a content delivery network. These providers may process technical or transaction information under their own policies. Providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.

5. Browser storage and security

Google sign-in may keep authentication information in your browser so you stay signed in. The installable app may cache site files on your device for faster loading or offline access. Stripe may use its own cookies or similar tools during checkout. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Retention and your choices

We keep account, credit, and game information while needed to operate the service and for legitimate recordkeeping, dispute resolution, security, or legal requirements. Public game links may remain available until the related game is removed. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information associated with your account by emailing titanbusinesspros@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain some purchase or security records when required or permitted by law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights.

7. Children and changes

Account creation and credit purchases are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect account information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided such information, contact us. We may update this Policy by posting a new version and effective date, and will provide additional notice when required by law.
