Terms of Service

1. Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or purchase credits. If you act for a business, you confirm that you have authority to do so. People may play a shared game without creating an account.

2. Accounts and service

You sign in with a Google account. Keep your account secure and use an email address you control. Credits and tools are associated with that account. Titan App Maker lets you create branded Space and Checkers games and a QR code and digital business card maker, then receive links and QR codes for sharing. We may change, maintain, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law.

3. Prices, credits, and final sales

The current offer displayed in the app is five credits for $5. Creating a Space game costs one credit, a QR code and digital business card maker costs two credits, and a Checkers game costs four credits. The price and credit cost shown before creation control that transaction. Credits are usable only in Titan App Maker; they are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. Promotional or administrator-granted credits are also nonredeemable for cash.

We do not refund unused credits because you purchased more than you used, did not make enough apps or games to use your balance, stopped using the service, or changed your mind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no refunds are offered for credit purchases or use of the service. This policy does not override mandatory refund, billing error, or payment dispute rights under applicable law.

Unused purchased credits remain in your account while the service is available. We do not currently set an automatic expiration date on them. If the service ends, we will address any remaining balance as required by applicable law.

4. Your content and public games

You retain rights to the business name, website, and logo you submit. You confirm that you have permission to use them and that they do not violate another person's rights or the law. You give us a nonexclusive license to store, reproduce, and display that content to operate and share your tool. A shared link, business name, website, and uploaded logo may be viewed by anyone who has the link, and may be shared by others.

Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content. We may remove content or restrict an account if reasonably needed to address misuse, security, legal requirements, or violations of these Terms.

5. Our materials and acceptable use

We and our licensors own the Titan App Maker software, design, and game materials, excluding your submitted content. We grant you a limited, revocable permission to use the service for its intended purpose. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse credits or payment flows, or use it for unlawful activity.

6. Third-party services

Google provides sign-in, Stripe processes payments, and other providers host or deliver parts of the service. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply. See our Privacy Policy for details about information handled through the service.

7. Availability, warranties, and liability

We provide the service on an "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, particular business results, or that every device or browser will work without error. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or missed marketing opportunities. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where the law prohibits them.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. If a material change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it as required by law. For account, credit, or Terms questions, contact titanbusinesspros@gmail.com.
