Privacy Policy

Titan Business Pros LLC operates Titan Team Task Board. This policy explains the information the board uses and how to contact us about it.

Information we handle

• Account information: your Google account email address, Firebase user ID, and the name shown to your team. Existing users may use their old email and password once to connect Google to their board.
• Board content: tasks, descriptions, checklists, due dates, sales pitches, teammate invitations, private notes, Google Sheets links, and files you upload.
• Premium and payment information: the board's premium status and dates, plus checkout, customer, subscription, and payment identifiers or status received from Stripe. Card details are entered at Stripe checkout, not in the task board.
• Technical information: sign-in state stored in your browser, cached app files, and request or security logs processed by our hosting and service providers.

How we use information

We use this information to sign you in, keep each board and its invitations working, show content to authorized teammates, provide premium features, process and confirm purchases, respond to support requests, and protect the service. We do not use board content to operate an advertising feature in this app.

Who can see board content

A board administrator and invited teammates can see shared tasks and other shared board content. Private task notes are limited to the board administrator and the assigned teammate. A board administrator chooses whom to invite and can remove access. Please avoid adding information that teammates should not see to shared task fields or attachments.

Service providers and other sites

Google Firebase provides sign-in, hosting, database, file storage, and app functions. GitHub Pages can also serve the public app pages; the project repository contains app code and policies, not private board content. Stripe hosts checkout and processes payments. The app also loads icons from a content delivery network. When you open a Google Sheets, Facebook, or other outside link, that site handles your visit under its own policy. Storage and retention

Firebase stores account and board data for the service. Your browser may keep sign-in state and a cache of app files. We keep board information while it is needed to operate the board and may keep payment, security, or support records where needed for legitimate business or legal purposes. Service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate.

Your choices and contact

You can edit or remove many tasks and invitations in the app, subject to your role. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your account, email titanbusinesspros@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity. Policy changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.
