These terms apply to Titan Team Task Board, provided by Titan Business Pros LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the board, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Using the board

The board helps teams manage tasks, notes, sales pitches, links, and files. You must use an account you are authorized to control and provide accurate information. Do not try to access another team's board without an invitation, interfere with the service, or upload content you do not have the right to share.

Each board administrator controls invitations and is responsible for deciding which teammates may see shared board content. A board can have up to five people, including its administrator. Private task notes are intended for the administrator and assigned teammate.

Your content

You keep your rights to the content you add. You give us permission to store, process, and display it as needed to provide the board to you and the teammates you authorize. You are responsible for your content, the people you invite, and keeping independent copies of important information.

Free and premium features

Basic board features are free. Premium features include document uploads and downloads and Google Sheets links. The app offers a one-time 30-day premium option and a yearly subscription. The price, renewal terms, and payment details shown at Stripe checkout control your purchase. The one-time option does not renew automatically; the yearly subscription renews until canceled.

Stripe handles checkout. For billing questions, cancellation help, or a refund request, contact us at titanbusinesspros@gmail.com. Premium access may end when its paid or granted period ends.

Availability and outside services

We may update, pause, or discontinue features. We work to keep the service available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that it will meet every need. Google sign-in, Google Sheets, Stripe checkout, and other linked sites have their own terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
